Complete disappointment. Even calling support - you need to listen to a bunch of unnecessary information, there is no way to immediately select the connection with the operator. "Raiffeisen Online" stopped working on my smartphone. That's it, support chat is not possible. Only a phone call. Yesterday I called - I waited 10 (!) Minutes to pick up the phone, and another (!) 10 minutes to be able to answer why SMS is not received on the phone - it turns out that they cannot, in principle, send SMS to the Intertelecom operator. And without these SMS it is impossible to restart the Raiffeisen Online application. But on the other hand, my intertelecom number was previously accepted as a financial number. Do you feel the "power" of thoughtfulness? I ask support to tell me this number, or send it to the e-mail, which is indicated in Raiffeisen online. I get a refusal, although I hoped that at least they would send it to the mail, it is indicated in the attachment. Moreover, the girl is afraid to even tell me my own mail (I wanted to clarify which of the mailboxes I have registered in their application, I forgot), although I call her from my financial number, indicate all my data and name the password word. What's the point of supporting that can't support? What is the point in a password word and other security measures if after using them there are no additional features? Okay, I'm wasting my time, changing my financial phone number, now it's Kyivstar. And what do I see? SMS still DO NOT come! But the most ridiculous thing is that security notifications come to the same (!!!) number: if it's not you, then contact support. Very impressive: security notifications are sent to the same number, which does NOT receive SMS with a one-time password. Calling support. After 20+ (!!!!!) minutes, they pick up the phone to tell me that this is the problem of the mobile provider. Nothing can be done. The bank struck itself out of those who are able to help me. They also said that many (!) Clients have such a problem. Nowhere, nowhere, there are problems such as with Bank Aval! I make a lot of purchases on the Internet, SMS notifications come from all sites, both on Intertelecom and on Kyivstar. But they don't come from Aval. And Aval cannot help! Go to a mobile operator - this is the answer of this so-called "leader" of the market. I spoke with the support of Kyivstar. We have carefully checked all incoming SMS. They completely deny any problems on their part and strongly recommend resolving the issue with the bank. The second call to the bank's support service lasted more than an hour (I'm not kidding), after which the answering machine turned on with the message "There are problems in the system, your call cannot be processed, please try again later", and dropped. What a delight, gentlemen.

Only bad reviews are unfair. I just took my insurance payout. 3 cash desks are open, served without queuing. Everything is beautiful and comfortable. And after reading the bad ones, I put off the trip to the department for 2 days, fearing waiting.

I made a salary card. The wait and procedure took an hour. Thanks to the woman who missed us with the baby in front of her. Then the floating lunch breaks really began, but we managed to. The bank needs 4 (!) Customer phone numbers: mobile and financial cannot match (why ???), since you are married, give your husband number, now give the contact number, but the husband cannot be! I read the clauses of the contract, ask questions. The manager answers out of place, about everything and about nothing. And in general, "you will continue to read and find out - we will sit even longer." Wi-fi does not really work. I had to turn on my mobile Internet so that the child watched the cartoons and withstood such a long wait. And after sitting an hour, at the request to take the baby to the toilet, the 3-year-old child was recommended to leave the bank building, walk to the nearby square and visit the paid toilet! It's a shame!!!
