Normal train station

Because of the architecture, it seems that the railway station should not be a bad one, but still it is the same dry railway station kk and all the others. I would like to see at least one good railway station in Ukraine, where everything would work properly, where it would not smell, there would be no homeless people and where it would be nice to go.

On January 8, 2021, WI-FI does not work at the main station. It's terrible. Therefore, even one star is too much.

Disgusting toilets: there is a sign at the station, but there are no toilets, they are somewhere far away on the platform, shovel holes in the floor, dirt, stench, cabins without doors! Disgusting waiting rooms: the free one stinks of homeless people, the lounge is cold, drafts. Free wifi doesn't work. For what to pay money - it is not clear. The administration doesn't give a damn about passengers or employees. We sat for two hours - we froze, and the administrator had to sit for a whole shift, sorry for the girl.

The station is large, spacious, clean. There is no queue at the ticket offices, because there are many of them, you can contact the information desk and they will answer any question about your train, even which station it arrives at .. There is an electronic scoreboard, which indicates free tickets for trains in any direction. The waiting room on the second floor is closed due to quarantine, so there are few benches. Peron is big, and most importantly - no underground passages !!!
