We ordered a Nissan Rog from America, it took a long time to choose, but the car came across a good one thanks to Yuri, who picked up and won the auction (run 16 thousand miles, hitting on the right is not big), but swam for a long time. After customs clearance, repairs were carried out and everything was supervised by Eugene. We immediately agreed on the timing of the repair. It was announced - 2 weeks (subject to the availability of spare parts), started from 01/12/21 and finished on 01/27/21, that is, 15 working days! This is despite the fact that there were not all the spare parts and unforeseen difficulties of repair were revealed. Zhenya proved to be a good specialist in his field, was constantly in touch, we found answers and the best solution. The car was tested, re-examined on the lift - no comments! My wife and I reached Kiev perfectly, despite the snow and the bad road, we plan to go to the Carpathians (I look under the car, everything is dry, clean and shiny). Not quality service. Maybe this is how they treated my problem. A year ago I came to repair the air conditioner. We changed the gum and refueled it. A month later, all the freon came out. Came again said some two more rubber bands had to be changed. Changed and again a month later freon came out. The second time I had to refuel freon at my own expense, although the side is not mine. The third time I decided not to go. This year the problem was solved in half an hour.

So far this is the best service I know! Punctual and helpful staff. The prices are pleasing! I definitely recommend it!
