Dear owner of this institution, if you position yourself as a tire fitting and even more an AUTOSERVICE, then please recruit normal employees, or control how they work, provide SERVICE to people !!!! For example, after this I won't go to you to glue the wheel anymore, but if I need something to repair the car, then I will not go to you and I will dissuade friends and acquaintances !!!!!!! A week ago, in my car, I decided to replace the tires with summer tires. Initially, I planned to do it on another service, but on that day it turned out to be closed and I decided to carry out this replacement at the Alkor service station. Rubber Danlop 205/55/16 produced in 2017. The cost of replacing four wheels with loads for balancing was 410 UAH. Along the way, with the replacement of the wheels, at the same service station, I decided to carry out welding work on aluminum and ordered to make a transitional fitting for hydraulics from their turner. I will say right away that I had to travel three times to rework because the turner could not complete the part. (then the thread pitch is not the same, then the length ...) I will not turn to this turner anymore. At the time of changing the wheels, a locksmith asked to pay attention to the presence of rubber bouncing and if this would turn the rubber on the disk. The fitter asked me with a smirk: Does this help? In general, the tires were replaced and I left, but I had to return because did not screw the caps onto the nipple. After a short time, I noticed that I had to constantly steer the car to the right. (The car pulls to the left). I have to say right away that it appeared after replacing the wheels and the chassis had nothing to do with it! To diagnose the manifestation, I stopped at SKAT tire fitting and asked to put the wheels on the balancing machine. It turned out that the rubber was slightly bouncing. The tire worker uncleaned and shod the rubber on the disc with an axial rotation and balanced it. Work was carried out on two front wheels. After that, the car withdrawal disappeared. With a check on the work done, I turned to the service station Alcor to compensate for their poor quality work .. In order not to describe for a long time, I heard from their employees that the tires are bad, they have a running problem, that I don’t understand anything and that’s normal and a lot of different nonsense ... As a result, they did not compensate their poor-quality work and did not even apologize ..... Unqualified staff, service is so-so. I do not recommend this service station !!!
