The hotel is located 10 m walk from city center near the hotel you have a nice coffee restaurant. the rooms in the hotel are big and comfy. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and will help in any question we vary enjoyed our stay in the hotel the only problem in this hotel tht is no elevator so be prepared. But the hotel provides a ball boy service so its no problem whit the suitcases

Stayed at the hotel for 11 nights. 15 min. walking to the Deribasovskaya. A very nice and quiet place, the stuff is very helpful, the food at the resturant is very good !

I stay at Room 402, and once I got into bed, I got flea bites all over my body, I complained to the reception just one hour after I have checked in to my room and she refuses to change for me the room or to refund to me! No apologize, nothing! RUDE PEOPLE!!! At the end, I have no choice but to look for another hotel in the middle of the night! And I have to run everyday to the hotel to talk to the manager for a full refund and still nothing come out!!! Terrible experience and till now I still feel itchy even one week had been passed!!! NIGHTMARE!!!
