A terrible place, unfortunately I was very disappointed in the company as a whole, we were driving to the sea, at the entrance to Nikolaev a car broke down. Calls to the hot line and to tayota assistance did not give anything, but when buying a car, how many advertisements were there, that wherever the car broke down, they will always help you. At the Tayota Center on Sunday, there was no one except the guard. As a result, we agreed to leave the car and went on without a car. But on Monday, worse adventures began, the original spare parts need to wait from 1.5 months, they found themselves not original ones to pick up the car back, they refused to install them at the service, they said that they would only put their own, they would not. As a result, I had to take the car to another service station on a tow truck and fix it there, plus they also stole the jack and the keys from the car. The nightmare just ruined the rest and service at 0. Locals say that they go to Kherson for service, those who have Tayota

The service center is terrible, during MOT they find non-existent problems in the car, for example, having driven my car from the entrance to the garage to the lift about 7-10 meters at a speed of 5 km per hour, the mechanic confidently stated that the automatic transmission is powered when shifting gears. This surprised me very much, since I myself did not feel hemp and I decided to do a full check of the box in two other certified service stations, and as it turned out, there were no problems with it.
