Very disappointed with the bank and the cashier in this branch !!! Today I came to receive the card, I say that the card is there, but for some reason the SMS does not come, why do I not have a card in response, asked to look in the database, the card was still found, asked to find out why the SMS did not come, to which the employee replied in general told that I need to other branch on what I told her that in Lviv in connection with quarantine only one branch works she didn't listen to me told that I am all right I with the 4-year-old child went home on arrival sat down to activate card and it is not activated, I call the hotline, and there they tell me that I need to go back to the bank because they did not knit my phone number (((Bank employees are you so mocking their customers ?? it's you jokes under time quarantine are you serious ?? I'm waiting for an immediate answer or do I have to take the child again tomorrow and go to the bank ??? how can you even understand who you are hiring, what is the responsibility ????

The self-service kiosk is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays. Then when and separation. What's the point of this kiosk if it doesn't work on weekends?
