Very poor service in this department. Every time you come as a legal entity to find out some issues or just as an individual and to pick up the salary card you need to wait for the staff (They drink coffee or have breakfast, they can see) Maybe that's why the queues are separated?

At 40 weeks of pregnancy, I wanted to use the Western Union service and get money. When she came, the consultants said it was at the box office. I waited for half an hour in line at the box office. When it was my turn, I was literally kicked out to the consultants. OK. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes in line for a consultant (considering that there were no people in the queue in front of me, only those who were already served, which can only say about the slow work of consultants). They found time for everything, and to talk, and to whisper in the ear, but not for fast customer service. When it was my turn, the consultant told me "I have a lot of work to do now", which infuriated me and I asked "how much longer do I have to wait ?!". Then, as I understood, the senior consultant told me to be served, because I saw that I had been waiting for a long time and that I was in a solid period of pregnancy. I understand everything, but the work of consultants requires better.

The staff here is on fire) Leave a good mood. But I sympathize with them there, because there are enough cattle customers there.

Quite a good office, located in a convenient location (excluding the possibility of parking). The staff is talkative, but not the friendliest. Somewhere to grow, so while "4" of the possible "5".
