I waited for an hour (from 14:15) until the manager's meeting with the staff ended. Then for about another hour, while some internal database will work - at that time they could not serve me. When making photocopies of documents, they tore the page of the passport. Of course, then it turned out that I had already given such a passport. I hope that the account will be opened normally.

Not a bank, but some kind of bottom! Where the card was opened, go to that branch and go, they do not pick up the phone, half of the services only work if you come in person to the bank branch with a passport. There is no way to even take a cash flow statement for more than 3 months through their miserable online banking.
