I don't know why there are a lot of negative reviews, I came with a question, they told me everything. Yes, there is a queue, but not the same as for the Ukrainian mail !!!!! Moreover, the girl advised to sign up for an electronic queue for a specific time, I think it's convenient. Maybe you originally came with a negative, I don't know, I liked everything
