I want to share an UNPLEASANT story that happened to me in this store (Ivano-Frankivsk, 32 Halytska Street) So, I gave a tool (cutter and pliers) for repair and "sharpening", where I was told that in 3-4 days the pliers will be made, and in 2 weeks - a cutter. After 4 days I went to pick up the tongs, where I did not immediately see that they are not mine, after unpacking (at home) the tool was covered with rust and different from those I gave, almost immediately I went to find out the reason (two days found out) , where I received the answer - "we could not be wrong" and rust could appear after the master "cleaned". In 18 months there was no rust, and in 4 days it appeared and the tongs changed the design - SUPER. I could not prove it to them as I did not have any coupons and numbers about the tool, although I asked them before giving them for repair. Now I wonder what will happen to the cutter. I do not recommend this chain of BonBon stores to everyone, although I understand that until you get into such a scam, no one will pay attention, because I have heard negative reviews about their attitude to customers before and I got here. Please, if you already use their services, check everything carefully.

The store on Halytska Street is something 👎 And it's about the staff. It is clear that someone works better and someone worse, but the employees are the face of the store. Sometimes they gave the wrong primer (instead of acid-free acid) or confused the base with the top. The first time I saw such a mistake at home, I had to return the next day. I could not imagine that so many mistakes can be made. And all because of poor awareness of staff. In the end, everything was replaced without problems, but how much time wasted.

Don't buy anything at @BONBON_if. The employees are not qualified, they have not selected the right product, and on request to exchange for a cut, REFUSED! In today's WORLD, when everyone is fighting for a client, no one is working! I was your regular client. After that, I will never go to you again and I will recommend it to everyone! I came to the store to pick up my nail clippers boy. What they offered me were clippers, but I thought that scissors would be more versatile. Clippers cost 80 UAH. , scissors 300 грн. I thought it was better and I bought it. But they did not cut their nails. Look, I see that they are for the cuticle, because the guy is left-handed, left-handed scissors, I no longer have left-handed people, so nobody will use them. I came to the store and asked to exchange, I hurried, I think, until the month had passed, because I was out of town. But it wasn't here! At the request to exchange - a categorical refusal, and also said that the scissors without plastic container, although it was not in the box. Conclusion: make sure you buy and do not rely on staff qualifications. P. S. Now I sit, and drink soothing. Give it to others so that they do not get into such an unpleasant situation.
