So I still do not understand what is happening in this store and whether I will get at least something and whether the product will correspond to what is stated on the site :( Loss of money and nerves. Order number - # 78076. Received a parcel: the lamp is plastic, but at least it works (although I do not dare to imagine how long). Dragonstone stones - really - something plastic that mimics a stone (put in an aquarium is not risky). Ordered, expecting that this is a real Dragonstone stone (the cost should be). Made an order for Arden Grange cat food (order number 1486557). On the same day we were informed that the delivery would be the next day from 15.00 to 18.00. On the day of delivery, an SMS arrived that the courier would be at 17.15, but at that time no one arrived, and if we had not called the courier ourselves, we would not have known that another courier would arrive much later. Ultimately, the order was delivered at 22.00 due to the fact that there were "many orders". We understand perfectly well that there really could be a large download, BUT, you need to warn about such things in advance, if you respect the time of your customers.

Everything would be fine if it were "prompt". Then the order is taken to the warehouse for 2-3 days. And to count orders paid upon receipt is beyond their ability. From November to the end of December, please include purchases - only empty promises. And this is the discount percentage. Patience has run out, I will buy in another place.
