Ok, the client leaves, it costs 20 minutes at the checkout, I say you can issue a card, the answer is no. As a result, he sits in no hurry and everyone will wait .... There are already 6 people in the queue, two of them could not resist leaving ... I don’t know the girl without a badge, I don’t know her name, but all the desire to approach her has disappeared. As a result, another manager, after 20 minutes of waiting, issued the card in 1 minute. Service in the department "God" level
