The church look ancient and so distinct among all churches I have ever seen. It is built on river dnieper, it is narrow and tall. Good place to pray or perhaps take a nice selfie.

Another absolutely must-see place in ancient Kiev - the Church of St. Nicholas on the water. The interior of the temple the size of a little more than a telephone booth. At the same time, its unique atmosphere does not look like anything. If you have not been there - be sure to go. You will remember this place for a very long time. Be sure to pay attention to the various graffiti, which abounds the embankment next to this temple.
