Good evening) I couldn't help but write, or rather, express my gratitude to the entire Spina + team I work as an administrator and my "hunched over" lifestyle and the consequences of the accident are making themselves felt in the worst possible way 😢 For just a couple of weeks I visit the center in Podil, and I will already say THANKS for your patience, professionalism, and mega positive atmosphere !!! Just a couple of weeks, and in the morning I wake up without tears, since my hands and part of my back were numb, the psychological state was on the side-altar .. (my headaches, due to protrusion in the cervical spine and and how I started myself and lived on painkillers I do not understand(( Thank you and I advise you not to be lazy, not to be shy, not to drink painkillers, this will all help for a meager amount of time, but at the same time the problem will not decrease, but only aggravate. I can write endlessly about BACK + 😁

After 9 visits and a couple of massages, I felt the result of back pain. I stopped waking up every day with pain, as it was before. Thank you guys, rehabilitologists !!) And the girls administrators are very friendly !!) I will rest a little and of course I will come back to you)
