The department does not work competent specialists in their business.For two months I can not pick up my card, but more exactly as the practice showed to order. that the card is not ready, since not all my data is in the real estate, I visited the new business, came to the office again for the third time, they said that everything is fine, the card is printed. from different specialist. Today is November, I am calling on Gar.line, and I am told that the card was not even ordered.
