It was not known about the change in the work schedule. Came at 18:10 it was already closed. Very much interfered with my plans !!!

Visited your branch on February 4 at about 4 p.m. to withdraw money from the card. The ATM did not return my and my wife's pension cards. To my question to the employee working at the third table about my actions for their return, the answer was given: take the information sheet on the table and read. To my remark that I am without glasses and see poorly, they answered me that these are my problems, because an employee of Sberbank (third table) is tired of answering everyone for the whole day. This is a public institution, not a private shop, and such rudeness in relation to customers is unacceptable.

The working hours of the department differ from what is written on the official website and in the Google search engine. There is no access to an ATM outside office hours.

I'm only interested in an ATM. It works around the clock. For this 5 stars. To enter an ATM department you need a card.

They DO NOT work on Saturdays !!!
