Two of the three employees are just some kind of viper (except for Antonina, who withdrew from the discussion altogether). She came to resolve the issue of the commission for servicing an additional card, which was blocked by the bank. Hamki and uneducated chickens. They were sent to the branch on Khreshchatyk. I have never met such a bank with such an attitude to the client. It is noticeable that the owner allows to be rude and raise his voice to customers, because they behave very freely, without restraint. The chief specialist (!!!!) proves to me that a card that is not serviced by the bank according to the bank's decision is the main one when it is additional in online banking, and the commission for servicing the additional card is correct because the main card has become additional. ????????????? Questions about education? And to the experience ???? I used to be served in the Sribnokil branch, maybe I was wrong about something, but although the people were nice and friendly, and here just disgust came after talking to uneducated aunts. Toxic bank and even more toxic department. To answer the owner, I called the hotline on August 6 at 4:33 pm and it was from the hotline that I was sent to the office and told that they do not solve issues related to commissions and so on.

The service is boorish, as in the Soviet savings bank, the bank's employees ignore the language law. P.S. I don't know if the reviews from GOOGLE worked, but today everything was polite, fast, in Ukrainian. Therefore, I raised the score. Thanks.

Was here 13.04. Finding a branch is a direct quest of some kind. But from all the experiences of contacts with the branches of this bank in different cities, the most sane employees are here🤗: they know the answers to the questions asked, they helped not to waste time on extra visits. Thank you, they helped not to be disappointed in this bank completely.
