The staff kindly explains and tries to help, teach how to use self-service terminals and pay via the Internet, BUT people shout, argue and carry one negative, do not even want to listen to bank employees. Let's respect and learn to listen to each other! I bow to the staff and patience!

Visited the branch on Monday, September 7, 2020, regarding the issue of obtaining a new pension card. Stood in a queue for two hours. Three managers worked on the design and issuance of new cards (an office immediately to the left of the entrance). You need to have your passport, pension, code (original) with you. The staff works quickly and professionally, but it is not enough. Recommendation - don't come here on Monday morning! Sign up in advance in the electronic queue!
