The staff is not focused on customer service at all. People are waiting on the street, the queue is constantly increasing, 2 girls at the entrance are very "asked" to go out and help people with a terminal or an ATM. I stood there, I don’t know how long, then I went to the checkout, and as it turned out, only one checkout was open !!!! And outside the window there are 3 women (probably eating sweets and an apple is more important than people who are outside. Just think, frost)

The staff is rude out of the blue, to pick up the card you need to stand in line for 1.5 hours. You’ll also get to your lunch break. Everything is usually through one place. Please at least correct the work schedule and indicate the technical and lunch breaks.

There are a lot of people, there are regular queues (though on the street, they are allowed to enter the bank premises one by one), but oddly enough I liked the service, the consultants and managers are great!

The staff of the department is trying their best, but they are not strong enough for such a number of people. All negative feedback from the shortage of workers. I have been serviced for 4 years and never had any problems, only sometimes I had to wait because of a very large number of visitors

Very unpleasant staff. It does not help to solve matters and roughly answers retirees.
Similar place
