To stand in line for about an hour and hear that “we cannot accept your coins in exchange for banknotes since there are 30 minutes left before closing” and when should I do this ?! I sutra until the evening on the robot! yes, during this time I will manually count them three times !!! For half an hour !!! Disgusting service! Eternal huge queues! Is it really impossible to make the department more ?! Oschadbank management, take care of the staff at least!
