The branch is highly non-customer-oriented for the following infrastructural reasons: 1) The branch is not equipped with any ramp, or any other adequate way of descent / ascent along a rather high and steep staircase to the main entrance for clients with wheelchairs or clients with disabilities, which says a lot about the bank's attitude towards its clients. 2) Very often the portable ATM on the street does not work (is disabled) 3) Officially, the branch works from 9:00 to 17:00, but the staff arranges a "lunch break" for themselves from 13:00 to 13:45 in the best traditions of "Soviet savings banks", closing the branch with a key for this time, which is against the background of the point 2 (the portable ATM does not work), does not allow customers to enter the bank premises and use the second ATM inside the bank premises. Request to the regional management of the bank to pay attention to this branch and to put things in order in it.

A find, not a bank. In a quiet area, a bank (branch) actually works until 6 pm (cash desk until 5:30 pm), and this is on Fri. Aval! Yes, Aval, not a mess, and on Fri, and the entire working week. The head of the department, you are very attentive and kind manager. After the terminal was renewed, the district office became significant again. Thank you for changing for the better.
