The most terrible service that I have ever encountered, came to the cashier, stood in line for 30 minutes, then as soon as we came to the window, the manager pushes his people out of line and says now there will be a long operation, we need to wait 30 minutes, in shock from what is happening, we wait another 30 minutes promised, hotch it's high time to go to work, we come up to the cashier after which they say we have cash collection, wait 20 minutes more, it's okay in general, not only did you sell incomprehensible people without queuing, so you said to wait 30 minutes after which another 20, the question is why they did not immediately say that we would not pay right away, they just kept silent, the next day it comes at 12:20, lunch is from 13, they say that we will not carry out the operation before lunch, like we will not have time, although there is 5 minutes in total, come after 2, is it okay at all? How many times I have not met this

Why is it not indicated here that the bank has lunch from 13:00 to 14:00 ?? You come and kiss the door, adjust the work schedule! As for the staff, the girls are polite, they will always prompt and help. Thank you sincerely.

Pleasant staff, almost always without queues. The only thing that is inconvenient is the lack of a ramp, I go there with my child in a stroller, so I have to pick it up in my hands or ruin the wheels together with the stroller frame and "jump" on the steps.
