But when I put them on, my jaw sagged - the picture was so clear that I forgot about my first, negative impression. This screen conveys colors so cool that it's easy to describe in words. And the black color that is there is deep, deep, like a black hole that absorbs everything. The sound in the hall is incredible. Hear the smallest details. 3D is also chic, you immerse yourself in viewing as much as possible. It seems that you are there, in a cartoon or a movie, and you are one of the characters. So I got a whole range of emotions, from frustration to admiration. Of course, the technology itself is cool, but apart from it there is nothing to brag about - the food court is poor, the chairs are not very comfortable compared to the "Planet of Cinema". Отношение к клиентам просто.... Купили билеты онлайн. Фильм начался с задержкой в 7 минут. При этом в зале ожидания сидела куча малолеток, которые пилы рево и орали маты на всю + прыгали по диванам с ногами. Попросили сотрудника позвать охрану - он сказала что никто ничего не может сделать. Ну ок, имущество Ваше. Оказалось что мультик в 3д, вышла с зала уточнить про очки- меня отправили на кассу. Вместо "извините" кассир заявила : " Вы ДОЛЖНЫ принести свои или купить их у нас заранее". Тоесть, я покупая билеты онлайн, должна думать о том, что мне бежать на кассу за очками ? Где функция в кабинете добавить очки к билету? Где хоть 1 слово о том, что очки идут за доп плату или нужно принести свои?! Кассир и администратор твердили что это указано, но по факту показать где так и не смогли! 15 минут мультика мы решали вопрос с очками! Испорченное настроение и впечатление!. В зале было человек 8, в чем проблема каждого предупредить на входе?! В конце сеанса оказалось что несколько людей весь мультик так и смотрели без очков, что существенно портит зрение! УЧИТЕСЬ СЕРВИСУ У ПЛАНЕТЫ КИНО! PS: кресла очень не удобные, в Линии кино были в разы лучше, хоть и старые. Гардероб отсутствует. На кассах где продают напитки персонал тоже отсутствовал.

When I visited it, the Onyx hall was not working yet, but for today it seems to have already opened, if necessary I will watch the film in it as well. Of the pros: delicious popcorn (tastes of course everyone is different, I liked it); comfortable chairs are really something new, they are different, but for me everything that is soft is comfortable, you don't come to the cinema to sit in a chair; large and spacious hall with sofas, chairs, tables - a convenient place to wait for the movie. Of the minuses: the hall was a little stuffy, but then got used to, as far as I understood, the air conditioning system in the cinema is the only one with Aladdin shopping center; a small toilet (at least a men's room, 3 booths and 4 urinals is not enough for 5 halls, but I did not face the problem of the queue, because there are few people in quarantine and the toilet is clean).

As for the lobby, the convenience of buying glasses, the saturation of snacks, so to speak, the movie theater - have already written below.
