I have been studying with coach Sergei for several years. In the studio since the opening. What can I say ... I will never change my coach or studio! It's a sculptor! The studio has a very pleasant homely atmosphere. Individual lessons. A good mood is guaranteed for the whole day! Highly recommend!

My back bothered for a long time, there were pains in different parts of the spine. He came to the studio, looked at me, came across spasms in the body, made up a course of classes and massages. After a month of classes, I felt much better, my back pain became much less frequent and weaker.

I have been practicing here since the opening and it is the perfect place to train with its own atmosphere. There is all the equipment you need and, most importantly, a trainer who will follow both the technique and the required load. Individual and professional approach to work with each client and work for the result. I highly recommend to everyone =)
