Horrible travel agency !!! Took a tour on 11/26/2015 Egypt, in Sharm el Sheikh's for my wife and daughter. Hotel Badawia Resort 3 * (chose based on the friends recommendations). The hotel is terrible and "dead". They lived in a room where the plumbing does not work, the toilet is flowing, as well the dirty linens and towels, and also very dirty, and complete lack of sanitation. When we have called local Join Up worker (representative tour operator JoinUp), he has declined relocation to normal hotel room and his "help" was only a bad try to make more money on us. for example he said that taxi cost is 20$ (but when we called to taxi by ourself they said it is 2$). Once I asked the Join Up to solve the problems, 1 PM 11.26.2015 (copy of the request is attached), nothing has changed. After many phone calls to the agency, another Jon Up worker (Michael) has arrived (after 7 hour from request) We wanted to chabge this horrible hotel but Michael has refused this untill we will sign document thta we have no complaints to Join Up. We didnt want to waste our vacation and give up. Michael took money from them, and promised to resettle in another hotel was already 11/28/2015 So it's not the end of history. I hope that the Join Up agent Michael will fulfill its promises. But in any case I do not advise to use the services of the Travel agency and tour operator this. DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALS WITH JOIN UP AGENCY. THEIR PROMISES ARE EMPTY. SONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Good time! My conclusion as a customer who bought a tour is a fraudulent sale of tours with a convenient transfer. Bought a tour to Egypt through "come with us" chose this tour only because of the availability of a convenient transfer, but it turned out to be debauched. We sold the tour with the dates and time of departure, but in fact, on the day before departure, they began to move and moved it by 30 hours - the vacation schedule was broken and more than a day of rest was lost. According to the skyup carrier's scoreboard, there are no flight delays - they just sold the tour with a deliberately non-existent transfer. As a result, the risk of delayed PCR tests - as in my case, the loss of more than one day of vacation and the vacation schedule is broken. If you do not want a spoiled holiday, refrain from this TO - I do not recommend it.
