What can I say, I'm a picky person before choosing or buying something, I ask a lot of questions, "their brains with a dessert spoon" as they say. He received answers to all questions, even those he did not expect to receive. What I liked was that when there were some difficulties and questions already abroad, the managers and the management of the travel agency always stayed in touch and helped to solve the problems. I liked the responsiveness. All questions were resolved as far as possible, prompt answers (almost at any time of the day) and each time with appropriate courtesy. It was pleasant to deal with, although booking in Zanzibar is quite difficult (as it turned out, there are many nuances). I hope the trip will be without problems, we will stay in touch with the operator and will not be left without support in another country. Of course I will recommend!
