Absolutely awful customer service. Having bank account in multiple banks in multiple countries, I have never experience such terrible customer service. Would stay away from this bank at all costs.

I tried to open an internet card as a new client and ended up spending two days with no result. The support employee first assured that it was possible to open the card, then asked for video identification, as a result, without even starting the procedure, the bank canceled the request. Another sharashkin office that is gaining clients in an incomprehensible way.

I decided to make a monobank card. Not previously registered. He came to the "department" and there with the help of a pleasant employee made an application. He said he needed to wait 10-15 minutes to check the data. Meanwhile, the happy cardholders were taking away their MONOBANS. 40 minutes passed and I called the hotline for the first time. They promised to fix everything and to call back. He never waited. There were two more calls. I saw how well they work with others, but with me the monobank played an evil joke. On the third call I canceled the application and asked to delete all the information. The consultant informed me that the employees were trying to process my request as soon as possible. But as for me everything should work without extra effort. I was promised to cancel the application, and after 40 minutes it came to SMS that I could pick up the card. So I don't need it anymore. If I have encountered so many problems in the beginning, then I have enough. Three stars I put for the employee Vladimir, because those office floors and the money of the broken are not worth it !!!!
