It was raining, the queue for the post office was on the street and I did not have the time and desire to unpack the picture in the post office. In our small post office, there’s nowhere to turn. And those who bought large paintings know how difficult they are to wrap. At home, I found that with absolutely whole packaging on the outside, inside one long part of the frame is split. Well, ok, let's say it's my fault, I didn't check upon receipt (but delivery to the office) 2) I called them back. - How much will DHL shipping cost? - We do not work with DHL. Well, okay, let's say. 3) I called back, - How much will the new frame cost for my painting? “I don’t know, should I remember the dimensions of your frame?” Well, in short, this is too much)) A well-deserved threefold, only because the pictures themselves are norms. I have a feeling that sometimes people are nice on the phone, and sometimes it's not clear who is from the outside. At the same time, apparently, I am not the first one to have a broken frame. I think if they offer delivery by New Mail, you should not order frames, otherwise you risk ordering a second one. Of course, sending a picture back, especially a large one, is extremely inconvenient - I went to a local framing workshop to order (since ordering a frame from them is extremely difficult simply because it is not clear who is on the phone, it is unpleasant to communicate) Manager: "But after all, each of us will still have his own opinion." No comments.

But the last time, when discussing my order, I did not want to order anything from her. With this manner of communicating with customers, it is better to refuse.
