Was here for service, during the repair did not find the right parts, while I went to the store (thanks for providing a car) took the mechanic to another car, although near my car was another job. A total of +3 hours of waiting and nerves, because the end of the working day was approaching. Barely had time to close the box office. In general, everything is good, clean and tidy, there is a waiting room with amenities, very tasty coffee and coffee, friendly staff.

my Nissan Juke Tekna 3.5 months. purchased from METKA CHERKASY LLC. during this period my car is in this car service for the fifth time (!!!!!) for the same reason - the Intelligent Key system does not recognize its own key. due to warranty repairs, I have to leave the car in service. The information stated in the Nissan Policy on the provision of a replacement car in the event of warranty repair in the presence of a free car does not apply to this service. I'm outraged that I was not given a replacement car. I am angry that I have to repeatedly lose my own time and money on the road not close to the service. I am angry that I am wasting time waiting for the lack of a positive result. I get discomfort from having to adjust my own plans for frequent visits to the car service. and questions from the environment such as "why is the new NISSAN car so failing?" just lead to despair ((
