In principle, everything is very normal. Decent transport, good and intelligible drivers. We got there without any problems at all, but when we drove back, there was one nuance. Nominally, the driver was supposed to pick us up somewhere around 12 noon, but in fact he picked us up closer to 14:00. This is due to the fact that before that he took people to another place. Here, either make more stock for the drivers themselves and tell people a later time, or somehow rework this system when people are waiting on their suitcases for a few extra hours. But otherwise everything is very good.

We went on vacation with the company Totem, I liked everything. Drivers are polite, the mini bus is clean with air conditioning. Departure on time for the scheduled hour, the places are as indicated in the tickets. No complaints - I recommend!

We have been going on vacation with this agency for five years in a row. Very satisfied. The owners of the company Serhiy and Yulia are nice, attentive people, they always listen to the client's wishes, choose the best options for seats, even possibly transport pets😻🐶. Buses are clean, comfortable, equipped with air conditioning. Special thanks to the drivers, always neat, nice, adhere to the speed limit, attentive on the road. Once we went to Lugovoi, the driver stopped more than 10 times at our request (the child was sick, bored), no remarks from the driver, calmly, politely responded. Thank you!!! I recommend the Totem for travel and recreation. !!!!!! ❤💯💯💯

Very good drivers. Especially Serhgei😀. We left Cherkassy a month ago. The Cherk carrier "Elite-tour" with the morning reservation simply did not arrive, and we were left on the road with our suitcases and spoiled by mood. The trip to the sea was under threat. Call back on another announcement, the driver agreed to take us to the sea, when the bus is full 4 people. Thank you Sergey, we still got to the sea😘

The Totem firm works according to the principle: be glad that you are being taken! When ordering seats, they show a diagram of one bus with a large number of seats, in fact, a bus arrives with fewer seats. Result: the seats ordered in the middle of the bus are at the end, and if you eat with a child, get ready to surprises! Want to make a challenge how to drink water in a bus --- go with Totem! If they tell you 3 minutes to the sea, it's not a fact that it will be so, they have a different definition of time and distance! Want to get adrenaline when communicating with the driver .. . to you in Totem.
