We were just walking down the street and saw the sign of the Grand Tour, and my brother recalled talking about this tour agency that he had already worked with them. We went with a girl, Alina greeted us, picked up like a tour to Hurghada, well, I think I’ll find out from several tour agencies, the prices were more expensive than we were offered in the Grand Tour. Alina accompanied us inside and out, she did all the red tape with filling out visas and questionnaires, she was with us as with friends. Upon arrival in Egypt, we saw other tourists scurrying about filling out all the forms and visas to Hurghada, we just had to get the documents from the folder and give them for verification. Thanks a lot to Alina. The hotel that Alina recommended to us, it was the SeaGull hotel, we really liked the location of the hotel and its friendly staff (although there were slight nuances about the participation of excursion and souvenir sellers, in a couple of days they remembered our faces and did not bother anymore), good the sandy beach made us happy. The food was all good, for the money we paid it was worth it. You can't share all your emotions, I can say one thanks to the Grand Tour agency for the vacation, a special big thanks to Alina. I recommend.

In August 2018, they ordered a tour to Spain. Manager Oksana B. picked up a nice hotel, taking into account all our wishes and helped in solving the issue of special nutrition for a child at the hotel. There were no problems with the departures or the hotel. I recommend to cooperate!
