I stayed here once, around five years ago. Service was fine, room was small but properly equipped and decorated. Food in the restaurant was good, and I particularly liked the deserts. Their berry mille-feuille was really great! Only strange memory I have from the stay, that they could not enroll me into loyalty program upon checking. They told me I had to do it in the site and it will only work starting from the next booking.

"Discover Ukraine" special offer makes this hotel very appealing place to spend weekend. Perfect location, clean, no unpleasant scent, decent wifi. The only questionable thing - breakfast (not much to choose from, no fruits also it's fruit season, no tasty or healthy options).

Primavera restaurant on first floor of hotel with absolutely one of the best quality food in the town.

Very good hotel BUT very bad service at their restaurant "Primavera" . We were waiting for more than 1h for our dishes to arrive. My husband got his pasta double faster than my dish was served, so we eat separately. Nobody offer to fill up again our vine glasses while we were waiting. We got only one glass for the water bottle, was no salt and napkins on our table. Waiter even did ask if food is good or if we would like anything else after the main course. Worst food experience in Kamyanets-Podilskiy!
