Great agency. Helped to find the tour exactly for my budget and in the nice hotel, very professional travel agents. Also they accepting cards, other agency didn't.

We met Key Tour in 2018 when we were planning a honeymoon trip, by the way, this was our first trip abroad, we knew absolutely nothing, so we just went to travel agencies that were heard. The first was the Key Tour. We were met by the manager Alena Fedicheva, who was very friendly and welcoming. I answered all the questions, and there were quite a few of them, since everything was unknown, I guided by prices, offered hotel options according to our budget and dates, we listened and decided to go to Join up nearby for comparison. There the manager offered us the same hotel, but with a difference of $ 200 !!! Naturally, we returned to Key Tour, where Alena explained that they offer us a flight from Odessa, which is cheaper, and even with a free transfer. We were very pleased, delighted with all the beauty that we saw for the first time. Considering that we are not picky tourists, the main criteria for us were: beautiful sea and nature, good infrastructure where you can walk, and, of course, the right organization influenced the positive impression of the rest. I immediately wrote a great review, but unfortunately it turned out that that page was no longer working, I did not copy the review and it just disappeared, and now I remembered that I needed to finish what I started)) After that we also turned to Alena in 2019, it was very pleasant that she remembered me when I came, she was still the same sociable, smiling, very quickly arranged for us a tour to the hotel, which we had previously chosen ourselves, no matter how experienced travelers were))))) I was interested , how we flew, were we normally settled and everything like that. And so in 2020, when we no longer planned a trip due to the lack of a suitable price and the lack of coincidence in the dates with the vacation, I went to the Key Tour website (which, by the way, is the most convenient to use of all that I have been to, everything understandably, the best interface, well structured), and saw an incredible offer, the price is very low compared to others in this hotel for these dates, departure every other day. I called Alena and it turned out that she was on vacation! I was very afraid to cooperate with another manager, since Alena already remembered me and I knew that she would quickly help to find out all the nuances. As a result, the manager Juliana quickly found out about the availability of a transfer, confirmed all the information about the number of days, room availability and price, and within 10 minutes he was filling out our documents! I was incredibly happy, because, again, it was necessary to act very quickly, I had not seen such a price before and I had to have time to book before someone else did it! I want to say a big thank you to both of you for our 3 wonderful vacations, you always find the most profitable options, offer what the client himself may not see out of ignorance (for example, it was Alena who proposed a flight at 2 a.m. in 2020, due to which the rest became longer for almost 2 full days, I myself would not even have looked at that option, since at first glance it seemed that the rest, on the contrary, would be shorter; and Juliana already helped with the implementation of this idea), you try to do everything for a good and comfortable rest of your clients. I really hope that it will turn out to come to you more often, well, or at least with the same regularity)) As for the organization of travel in general, everything is also positive, the transfer was always included in the price, there were no hidden fees, which were told about by friends who used services of other travel agencies, in general we like everything. I want to say thanks to Key Tour for a well-organized trip to Israel. I had no idea about such strict screening of passengers at the airport in this country. Not only will you pass an interview with an airport employee, but you will also receive a million questions about your visit, the contents of your suitcase, where you bought certain local goods. We didn't have more negative moments on vacation. The week on the Red Sea was very calm and comfortable.
