The level of communication with a potential client loyal to the Anex Tour tour operator is about zero. I came for a specific tour, wrote out in detail what I need. It would seem - take and start a constructive dialogue, show affability - this is such a small thing. Give detailed data on tours. The maximum that the manager was honored with is simply copy-paste from the site, without any explanation. He answers for a long time, unfriendly. In general, this is of course more likely the norm for Kherson, but I thought the official representative would have a better level than the tattered local travel agencies, which are generally unclear why they are needed - from communicating with most of them only negative impressions.

During the epidemic, they flew to rest in the red zone. Before buying the tour, we clarified three times on the account of the PCR test, it was promised that the test on return will be paid by anex like many other worthy tour operators. Later it turned out that this was not so, spoiled mood by the end of the vacation and minus UAH 3,000 for tests. We won't deal with Igor anymore.
