The quality of the provision of travel services, for me personally, was divided before meeting Tourmapa and after. The excellent service and professionalism of the staff is impressive. Attentiveness and punctuality are also top notch. Also, as for, if I may say so, little things (covers for passports, sequential laying of documents in a specially prepared file to take them out as needed), we leave pleasant emotions. I can write many advantages, but it is better to turn to this organization again on my next trip. Special thanks to Alexandra for a wonderful job. Thanks!

I would like to thank the staff of the Turmapa travel agency and its head Ekaterina for their help in organizing recreation for our parents. We planned their trip to Egypt back in February 2019, we wanted them to have a rest in early May. But the situation in the World has made its own adjustments and from that moment, we realized that the rest would not take place on schedule. We were ready to give up and say goodbye, if not for the managers of the travel agency. This is real professionalism: constant information on the situation, 24/7 consultation, answers to all even the stupidest questions, taking care of our trips. We did everything possible so that we not only did not lose our funds, but also sent our parents to Egypt. And so the trip took place, the day before yesterday my parents returned from Egypt. All these 5 months of waiting for us were calm, because we knew that Katya and her team were in control of the situation. The hotel was excellent, the service was excellent, all preventive work related to covid-19 was performed at 100%. The food in the hotel is excellent and the location of the hotel is excellent. There is a gradual entry into the sea and a small panton. Beautiful Reef and its countless inhabitants. The hotel area is huge, many locations, pools, greenery, jacuzzi. There are vehicles on the territory for movement, if suddenly you do not really like to walk. All conditions, everyone can choose their format. The tests were taken at the Dnepromed clinic, in the morning they passed - in the evening the results. There were absolutely no difficulties with this. Pre-filled vouchers with all data from the Travel Agency accelerated this process.

Many thanks to Ekaterina and the entire Turmapa agency for organizing a truly fabulous weekend in Bukovel for me and my husband in the beautiful Fomich hotel! Birthday was a success with Hurray! Tourmap one love ❤
