Join up sold a ticket to a hotel that is not ready to receive guests. I reported this one day before departure.

I personally had no problems with this operator, maybe because I ordered a ticket through the Belarusian intermediary from them. 2 times it was all super! And they have nice prices. But in October 2018 in antalya right before our eyes, the whole family was brought not to the hotel they booked, the class below. Also on the Belarusian online there was an article about such cases. I understand this is not uncommon. Kherson residents do not advise taking risks. Choose something more solid.
