After the change of the owner, the salon with a rich selection of baguette and an adequate attitude turned into a bunch of incompetent people. Baguette was not available, but they took work in the design, the frame was promised to be made within 10 working days. A week later the phone was reassured that it would be ready in a week. After 2.5 weeks after placing the order, I felt something was wrong. As a result: there is no baguette, no one called, offered no alternatives, and did not even inform that nothing will happen. Moreover, during this time, did not even bother to pull on the stretcher. I took away the untouched work, the mortgage and left in complete disappointment. Neither sorry, nor hello, nor goodbye. I advised this place to many acquaintances, they went. It's shameful that the once salient salon turned into such squalor. Very sorry.

The consultant communicates in an extremely rude form, hangs up without finishing the conversation, I wanted to order frames, similarly ordered here, to which I was told that she had no time to communicate with me, she had to come and look for what you needed.

Excellent salon, art materials, which are sold, high-quality and professional. The pictures are made in frames, and on the weekends they often hold master classes (they cost around 300 UAH, in them, as far as I know, include materials, but I do not know for sure, and they also have a snack in break)

The goods are piled up chaotically. The consultant communicates in an extremely rude manner, is rude and does not give a normal look at the product, referring to the fact that nothing can be touched with your hands. (How else can you choose art supplies ??) When we were rude to two more clients. Pencil markers and albums, etc. are much less than stated in the same photographs. All this is located in the immediate vicinity of the framing workshop and the store is rather dirty, stuffy and cramped, you can't go straight through. Not really ! We didn't like it :(
