The assortment is large, the store is essentially the only one in the city (except for another one of the same "Aquarelle"). But in view of their uniqueness, prices for some products are overstated, although these, in principle, can be reconciled. Another upsetting: the staff does not know the product well, I suspect that they are not engaged in creativity at all - no offense is said, but if you have never used these things, then it is problematic to tell someone about them (however, maybe I just got such a consultant, there are quite a few of them)

A large selection of stationery, materials for creativity. I am glad to have a department with literature. However, the following is upsetting: on the opening day, they ordered books, left their coordinates. They said that they would order quickly and call back, there are books to order. BUT we are still waiting for the call. 🤷‍♀️ A month later, they came to find out what happened to our order. "The general manager has not arrived yet, when he arrives we will immediately order."
