The store violates the Consumer Protection Act, namely Article 9. For some reason, the store owner believes that his decisions are above the law and toys are not subject to return. Only soft toys and inflatable-rubber ones are not refundable, the rest are obliged to exchange or refund if there is no desired item for exchange! Sellers frostbitten, watching TV shows in the workplace, rude and all the time with a discontented face. I wish the owner to learn some legislation in order not to violate it and not to get problems in the future! ;)

My wife bought a remote control car in this store. On the very first day, the power supply burned out in front of our eyes due to low-quality goods. We came to return to the store. They didn't even want to talk to us! They said that they do not change the goods and that you are to blame. They were rude, rude. According to the law, we had every right to return the goods or exchange, but in this garbage they don't even know about it. If you want to save money and nerves, don't go to hell!

Horrible sellers, boorish. You buy a toy, it checks only after payment. If the toy is defective, it refuses to change or return the money. I will never go to this store again.
