This is a review for the resort not the hotel!!!!! First time I tried this place I ended up giving it two stars, but recently I reviseted the place and my mind is changed about this place. The whole thing with the cold swimming pool... It still is uncomfortable but going from the sauna and taking a leap into the cold water feels amazing. Booking: You need to reserve on the phone or in person, then you need to confirm your reservation by paying a deposit in person. You book by the hour per person. Services: Inside you can order food either from Artua's restaurant or from any delivery restaurant. You can bring your own food and drinks instead of ordering and the staff told us that if you bring raw barbecue meats they can grill it for you (I'll try to do this next time). Staff: Super friendly, helpful and non intrusive while you're on the inside. Security: There's only one entrance and there's a hotel employee standing on a desk, no unwanted guests are going to just walk in. Inside there isn't any cameras except the ones pointing at the mini-fridge. Inside: Place is spacious I think you can fit more than 15 people but I don't know what's the hotels maximum number of visitors. There's are leather seats that fit easily 10-15 people. There's a leather double bed. There's isn't a dedicated sound system but you can bring speakers. There's the swimming pool it has steps on one side and different depths maxes out around 2 meters. Inside you have a bathtub which you need to request it to be heated at least 4 hours ahead for an extra charge. There's a steam room and a wooden electrically heated sauna. Also two showers and a bathroom. Smoking is allowed on the tables. Overall: Place is fun, a good place to unwind with friends and not too pricy. The quality is nothing to write home about.. Exactly what you pay for ). There were missing tiles in the steam which also has an exposed steam pipe right next to your feat you to watch out for that. The electric sauna has no real problems, I don't know if there are controls for it but if you feel like it's too hot just open the door for some minutes. There's an electric massage chair just like the ones you'd find in malls for a fee of course. The pool is pretty good. The seats already are losing there color. The hot tub's water doesn't get drained and refilled it just circulates. One of the shower heads was broken. The paid heating of the hot tub is a tube from the shower into the hot tub turned to maximum heat. If non of this bugs you then you're going to have a great time!

Everyone is on top :) I don't know how such low marks can be. We liked the location, the level of service, and the rooms themselves. We took a junior suite and were absolutely satisfied. Breakfast is simple, rather a snack. But we were warned that it is. So everything was in line with expectations. We were also warned that the sauna was not working because of quarantine - we were ready. Allowed to move in a little earlier and leave a little later. We also changed our room without any problems - one person did not come and his room was canceled without any problems and the bed was delivered to another. In general, we are happy with everything. Clean and tidy, very friendly staff. The only caveat - there were mosquitoes in the room, bitten. And so all is well.

The room is clean, and this is probably the only plus. The shower holder is broken, needs to be held by hand. There is no refrigerator in the room. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Only in the morning I noticed that the mosquito net seemed to be there, but the gap between it and the window was a finger thick. The mattress is very hard, the springs will come out soon. There is no breakfast, as the quarantine in the country. I was in a room with two beds, and if you move them, you get a hole of 5-8 centimeters between them, it is very inconvenient to sleep diagonally :) but this is my quibbles.

A cozy hotel complex with everything: spa, sauna, restaurant. Good clean rooms with very comfortable pillows and mattresses. The rooms are quiet and comfortable - enough space for things. The only thing - poorly located sockets - 2 in the bathroom and only one free in the room, you know, it is very difficult to charge all the gadgets, especially if you live more than one person. A separate topic is breakfast - the one that comes with the room consists of: casserole and cookies with tea, because coffee is already through the cash register. It was possible to order scrambled eggs and more, but there was no time to wait for cooking, because of this I can't evaluate it. And I was not able to connect to the wifi, although it is there ...
