It turns out that I came just after him. There were 2 employees in the department who were sitting and eating or doing their own thing, did not pay attention. I described the problem I had come with, and they told me that they had a break. I asked what time it was. I was told that until 14:00. I left the department, looked at the schedule again and there is no such break. I came back, said that now they have working hours, to which they answered me: "When should we eat? When should we disinfect the premises?" That is, it’s my fault that they have such short breaks for their business. Then, nevertheless, the girl asked in a rude tone what problem I had come with, did not offer to sit down, knelt on a chair, and when I said, maybe I would sit down? She pushed the chair roughly, but at least in my direction. And then she spoke in a normal tone.
