Judge Shramko L.L. contributes to the delay of the trial, neglects the documentary evidence of the Claimant. neglects the constitutional right of the Claimant to use his property for the intended purpose. The defendant, after committing an accident, tried to hide from the investigation, indicating a non-existent address in the receipt, so the technical examination of the damaged car was carried out without his participation. Shramko L.L. appoints a repeated examination 10 months after the accident, knowing that the plaintiff’s car, the victim of the accident, was repaired at the service station two months ago, arguing that I did not have the right to restore the car before the final decision of the Court. But what about my CONSTITUTIONAL rights? !!! Why my receipt of UAH 4000 is taken into account, as a prepayment for the repair of my car and the Defendant’s receipt is postponed, in which he fully admits his guilt and undertakes to compensate for the damage caused to them ?!
