We had been preparing for the rest for a long time, friends advised Ksenia Gutsulka. We rested for 4 days. We got a lot of pleasure. The room is so cozy and comfortable that the rest was just super. Everything at home, even more. The hosts are friendly and simple. They will always give advice and are glad to see you. Ksenia and Yuri, you are just super - Odessa in our face fell in love with you. I would advise every friend who knows you to have a rest only with you! You are best! We will be happy to come back to you again! Of the pros: 1) a room - everything you need, even more, everything is pleasant and comfortable 2) shower 3) Green area + gazebo + barbecue + trampoline for children 4) balcony / vernada for evening gatherings 5) wonderful mountain views 6) great location to literally all infrastructure 7) the hosts are wonderful and charming people Cons: 1) only one - guys, 4 days were not enough for us, stay for a longer period !!!!

We are resting here now. An excellent location, both to the city center and to the forest, to the waterfall, to the market and shops. Those. rest for every taste. The room is clean, the interior is pleasant in the local style, everything you need to stay is there, dishes, a kettle, parking, warm water, wi-fi is weak, but tolerable. In the evening you can sit on the terrace and breathe in the mountain air. Nearby across the house - Rodzinka at Vladi - there is a sauna, 250 UAH for 2 hours, the sauna is clean, there is a swimming pool. You can also eat there, the prices of the hostess are lower than everywhere else, very tasty borsch, bograch, we advise.

100% I recommend👍 The estate is suitable for recreation with children, for a large company (you can rent two floors at once) and for the solitude of lovers🤗 We rested on the second floor. The room is very clean, quality bedding, warm blanket and comfortable pillows.)) The hot water was constant. Appliances include a refrigerator, kettle and TV. Also, the room has heating) And of course, CLEAN MOUNTAIN AIR AND UNIQUE LANDSCAPE❤ (I add a little photo). A great place to stay. Everything is near. And food, and a market, and a zoo. For children in the yard there is a swing, a trampoline. The whole family loved it. The room is clean and everything you need is there. The hostess is helpful and friendly. Prosperity and good guests to your home!

A very cozy place where you want to go back again. Friendly hosts. Very good living conditions, shower and toilet in the room. On the terrace you can drink fragrant coffee and admire the mountains.
