Pleasantly surprised by the kind gesture at this hotel. Very neat comfortable and clean rooms and superbly sweet staff. Restaurant and food is top quality. Swimming pool sauna facilities are exceptionally clean and convenient. Joyful experience

Everything has been great, best hotel in Ukraine!

Great hotel, very clean. Elevator has been broken for 3 months already and still not fixed - not very good. Breakfast is tasty, however not big variety of food. SPA is fantastic with all illuminations and so. However, roman sauna temperature is too low. Liked lemon fragrances in both saunas - awesome. Pool is outstanding. Staff is educated and do their job well.

The hotel is well located. Rooms are large and comfortable. Hotel is very clean. The small Spa is pretty. Breakfast buffet is satisfactory. Last but not least, the staff is gentle and prepared. Sure a superior standard quality structure. Highly recommended.
