We made about 5 purchases in this store for different amounts. Everything always worked fine until we bought a humidifier in October. Not the one that they wanted to order, but the one that the sellers recommended under the pretext "this is better, take it." As a result, the humidifier for 5500 rubles broke down after a month of use. We handed over for repair. The service could not repair it, and the store agreed to return the money.

Rude and ill-mannered staff. There is no culture. The answer is "get lost". The work strains them. The price on their "site" is not true. Lured by a cheap price. As a result, there is no product or the price is higher.

I ordered a set of dishes. The operator called back half an hour later and asked when it was convenient to take delivery (today or tomorrow). The time was agreed. They brought everything quickly. Satisfied with the product. Impressions after the first purchase, only positive. I am finishing my review six months later (01.22.21). I do not know what happened to the store, but the experience is worse. My attempt to make my third purchase in a year was unsuccessful. I chose a product on the site, left a request. We called back within an hour. "A specific model is not available" (Although it is on the site, but okay, it happens. Maybe not updated). I tell the operator that I will look at other models and leave another request. On that and said goodbye. I chose another model and re-submitted an application. They did not call back until the evening and the next day too. I left a request for the third time, and again they did not call back in a day. As a result, I bought it in another store and it was decently cheaper, surprisingly mine. I lower the estimate to 4, only in view of the fact that past purchases were flawlessly in this store.

Asharashkin's office. The order was accepted, they said you need to pay for delivery, although in many online stores it is free, well, that's okay. And on the day of delivery they say that they have no more orders in addition to my orders in this area, and therefore I have to come for him myself. Why bother people about what kind of office it is if employees decide to deliver orders conveniently or inconveniently? Let them talk right away and customers make orders in other online stores. And so time and nerves are wasted. I ordered in this office for the first time and the last. I will order from trusted sellers.
