A very annoying, rude and arrogant tour agent. During the conversation and the selection of the tour, the agent did not just silently turn away and talk on the phone while deciding his affairs. No respect for visitors, very little information about tours! All information for hotels boils down to "well, everything is fine here." They constantly write and try to sell their tour. Refusal of a person from their services is perceived as rudeness and they begin to prove that you are just stupid and do not know anything! It's a pity you can't put 0! And do not say that they wrote nasty things to you if everything was wrong. And you did not ask that someone left you alone because you had to be put on the black list so that you do not overreact

Thanks to the travel agency for the perfectly selected bus tour to Italy. Excellent price, comfortable buses, constant support from the agency, they called or wrote at any time and we were quickly provided with any help. We are a young family and this was our first bus tour and we were absolutely delighted. We visited Italy, in particular the charming city on the water, Venice. Were on one of the largest lakes in Europe - Garda. There you can eat deliciously and at a good price, as well as swim in the lake, absolutely free. In Italy we stayed in Lignano Sabiadoro in a sunny resort town where we spent 4 days on a wide beach. In addition to Italy, we also visited Hungary, Slovenia, Austria. The hotels in which we spent the night were of a fairly high standard, with all conveniences, breakfast was also included. We were lucky enough to swim at Lake Wörtherzi in Austria with crystal clear water and in Slovenia with an amazing promenade. There are many positive emotions and impressions left!
