The Lenin Court is SOMETHING! The judges themselves absolutely do not prepare for hearing cases, relying on their assistants and secretaries. Judges Lenintsy are happy to take bribes from young to old, not disdaining even road accidents ... Judges Leninets know the norms of the Criminal Procedure Code and the laws of Ukraine at the level of the first year of the law faculty ... God forbid a person to fall under the jurisdiction of this court!

Disgusting. The hearings are constantly postponed for many months! The judge allows himself to come to the hearing instead of, for example, 12:00 at 13:00! (And so constantly! There are no words ... it is impossible to get through! The secretary does not even inform about the postponement of the hearing and you waste a day, come and find out about the transfer !!! The attitude towards people is disgusting, everyone has crowns on their heads! Shame on such a court!

Nightmare! Treating people like garbage! Calling someone is not realistic, even if they got through, no one gives normal information! We wrote a letter asking to postpone the consideration of the case at the place of residence (to Kiev), the judge signed the letter a week ago, but no one read it, and half a day before the hearing the case was magically transferred to Kiev, BUT !! This was not reported! Arriving at a meeting in the morning from Kiev (we traveled all night) we learned that the case was postponed on our request yesterday! We turned and called and found out everything in the flesh until the moment of departure to the Dnieper, and looked through electronic cabinets the state of affairs and NOTHING! Until now, our case on the site hangs with the old date of the meeting in Dnepr! Are you kidding me? And then you have questions from where so much negativity and discontent among people for you?!? We rode all night and day, spent money on return tickets because of someone’s negligent attitude to their work !!! If we have such an attitude towards citizens in the courts, then where to look for justice then ?!

I got into an accident, hit another car. I came, checked my passport, explained about the damage, the amount of damage, insurance payment. They wrote out a fine. All in 5 minutes. Great! And here are the lines ... Appointed at 10:00, at 9:50 came and registered that he had arrived. At 10:30 they just called. Trouble! The furniture is old and there isn’t enough seating for everyone.

The citadel of evil - that’s how you can describe this place in a nutshell! The work schedule that is indicated does not correspond, since each office works according to its schedule, it is better not to disturb the gentlemen at dinner, and you should not load them in the evening either. In the morning, do not contact at all, but they may not be at work in the morning. Decisions are made not based on evidence, testimony of witnesses, but simply because someone said so or simply on their subjective opinion!
