Extremely nice place for spending few days. Impressive restaurant with featuring sea food kitchen. Large internal area featured with lots of land designs and other stuff, making your walk there very pleasant and enjoying.

CONS: - Very loud music all day and night long - No privacy - Slow and not very nice stuff at reception - Food is average - Overpriced to me PROS: + Location and views were beatiful + Laundry service was super fast In details Despite of beautiful territory this hotel and overall experince was terrible. We booked their most expensive room but it felt like we got service from the worst hotel ever. In a daytime be prepared to listen to loud music from the pool all day long and at the evening and in the night they have parties with even more loud loud music, receptioist refused to help us, and we had to listen this noise till 4 am!! Unbelieve and unacceptable! It was impossible to sleep at all! If you prefer more quiet vacation I definitely recommend to consider different place to stay at. I'll never go back to this hotel even if I will get paid for this!

They are not helpful and understanding their customers needs. The only important point for them just money and money. The same as rest of Ukraine. I don't think deserve that amount of money based on the service quality. They have to learn how to give service first.
