When taking courses in tourism, they don’t really teach anything. Do not pay them money! Some general blurred knowledge is not worth going to them. Moreover, during the courses the brother bought a tour from them - they didn’t settle in the hotel, they called the manager Natalya - nothing helped. He doesn’t know the hotels. He didn’t even pick up the phone later.

I wanted to talk about my first experience with the agency "Colors of the World". Wishes were simple, I wanted to run away from Ukraine for a week. Turkey is the most convenient way to have fun. Everything is simple - we selected the hotel according to reviews, negotiated the conditions, thank you, lost the price, paid, received the documents for departure and accommodation ... - in general, everything is in order, organized and understandable, thanks to the manager of Emilia and the director Natalia. But a completely unexpected grief happened - my wife's father died in the evening, on the eve of departure. It is clear that everything had to be urgently canceled. And my review about this is a huge gratitude to Director Natalia, on the weekend, Saturday, in the morning, she went to work in order to try to sell our tour and minimize our financial losses as much as possible. There were many negotiations with the tour operator, the hotel and the insurance company ... As a result, only through the efforts of Natalia, it turned out to return the bulk, they lost something about $ 300 of which the insurance returned another 100 a month later. After two weeks, we were still able to fly away - again everything was organized and quickly. Thank you so much for your kind and very responsible attitude, especially in such a non-standard situation !!! Pleasantly surprised and very grateful to all the agency staff !!

When there were problems in Turkey with the hotel, I myself had to decide on the spot (1.5 days of spoiled rest and my nerves). The agency (operator Irina) did not react to the help or even practical advice - full frost. I do not advise this agency.
